A tasty grain-free dessert with a crumble of almond flour and ripe peaches and apricots on top.
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches, sliced
- 4 ripe apricots, sliced
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up
Melted coconut oil, maple syrup, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt should all be mixed together in a bowl
Mix until it falls apart
Place sliced peaches and apricots in a baking dish
Spread the crumbs out evenly over the fruit
It should be baked in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the fruit starts to bubble
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it
Take a bite of your grain-free peach-apricot crisp
