Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegan caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Clean and grease mini bundt cake pans
Melted coconut oil, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together in a bowl
Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar together in a different bowl
Just mix the wet and dry ingredients together
Put two thirds of the batter into each bundt cake mold
In a toothpick, put something in the middle and pull it out clean after 15 to 20 minutes
Cool for 10 minutes in the molds, then move to a wire rack to cool all the way through
Put vegan caramel sauce and vanilla extract in a small saucepan
Warm them up until they are warm enough to pour
Pour caramel glaze over bundt cakes that have cooled
Serve and have fun
