A decadent combination of brownie and cookie with a creamy peanut butter filling, topped with a chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, melted butter, cream cheese, and egg until well combined
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 10 minutes
While the cookies are baking, mix together the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth
Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately press a small indentation into the center of each cookie with the back of a teaspoon
Fill each indentation with the peanut butter mixture
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stovetop, stirring until smooth
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookies
Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving
