Easy Rocky Road Brownie Bark

With this easy rocky road brownie bark recipe, you can enjoy the irresistible mix of chewy brownie, gooey marshmallows, crunchy nuts, and rich chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

• 1 box brownie mix
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 large egg
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 180F 350C

Put parchment paper on a large baking sheet

Put the brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and egg in a large bowl

Mix until its smooth

Evenly spread the brownie batter out on the baking sheet that has been prepared

Spread out the mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips on top of the brownie batter

After the oven is hot, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the middle is set

Let it cool all the way down on the baking sheet after taking it out of the oven

Break it up and serve after it has cooled
